One of the highlights of this beach house is its private boat ramp, allowing you to conveniently launch your boat and explore the stunning waterways with room for a boat up to 28 ft, you can easily bring your own vessel and embark on exciting boating adventures during your stay. After a day on the water, you can retreat to the spacious two story cottage with 4 private bedrooms, plus a semi private cove with a coil spring futon, and a pull out queen sleeper sofa, for added guests. Relax with your loved ones, watch a movie, or simply soak in the serene views of the canal from the comfort of the living room, kitchen or covered 400+ sq ft covered patio. Dock & Dunes is ideally located just a short distance from the ocean, making it a breeze to enjoy sunny beach days and take refreshing dips in the Atlantic.
